Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The opposite party has filed an affidavit of compliance indicating that pursuant to the order dated 7.6.2005 the applicant was sent for Special B.T.C. Training and that she has also completed the examination but the result has not been declared and a request has been made to the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority for declaring the result where the matter is pending.
In view of the aforesaid, substantial compliance has been made, the contempt proceedings are dropped, notice is discharged and the contempt application is dismissed.
The applicant may approach the Secretary concerned for declaration of the result.
