|
Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.
The Court by an order dated 26.5.1999 passed an interim order directing that the applicant shall be allowed to continue on daily wage basis. The applicant admits that he is working on daily wage basis but no wages are being paid.
In the opinion of the Court, an specific order for payment of salary should be obtained from the appellate court only then a contempt proceedings can be initiated against the opposite parties for non- payment of the wages. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to continue any further with the contempt proceedings.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt proceedings are dropped, the notices are discharged and the contempt application is rejected.
