Present Shri Rajnath N. Shukla for Official Liquidator; Shri S.K. Saxena, Official Liquidator; Shri Rakesh Misra for Allahabad Bank. Shri Mehtab Singh Rawat appears in person.

Shri Mehtab Singh Rawat has filed an application supported by his affidavit dated 17.5.2006 by which he has prayed to dismiss his application dated 29.3.2006 to stay the auction sale of plot No. 1088, situate at Village Bhesai, Mauza Pali Kalan, Bharthan, District Etawah.

The stay application is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.

The Official Liquidator states that he could not receive copy of the order dated 12.4.2006 directing the advertisement, inspections and inviting bids. The time for advertisement, inspections and inviting bids is extended.

Let the advertisement be published inviting bids  in the office of Registrar General on or before 19th July 2006 by registered post or speed post. The bids despatched along with earnest money deposit on or before 12.7.2006 shall also be accepted even if they are received after 19th July 2006. The bids can also be submitted to the office of Official Liquidator upto  05.00 PM on 19.7.2006. All the sealed  bids  with earnest money deposit received shall be opened in chamber on 26.7.2006 at 02.00 PM. The Official Liquidator shall also  put a condition in the advertisement that the highest bidder will be required to deposit  25% of the bid  amount excluding earnest money within thirty days and that the remaining amount  shall be paid within six months in equal monthly installments.
