HON. SHISHIR KUMAR, J.
The grievance of the petitioner by means of this writ petition is that in the earlier years institution of the petitioner was included in the centers of examination. The institution of the petitioner is a self-financing institution and has been approved and sanctioned under the U.P. Education Act. There is no complaint against the petitioner but respondent no.4 has prepared and declared a list of examination centers of 2006 for conducting the High School examination in which the name of the petitioner's institution does not find place. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that various institutions that were black listed; their names have been included.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass a detailed and reasoned order according to law preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
