Hon'ble M. Chaudhary,J.

Heard learned counsel for the appellants and Sri Kamal Krishna, learned counsel for the complainant as well as  learned A.G.A on the prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the appellants has argued that the doctor opined that semi- digested food was found during the postmortem examination  and, therefore, the incident had not taken place as alleged in the FIR . On the other hand learned counsel for the complainant has argued that it is a broad day light incident and the FIR was lodged promptly. The appellants is  alleged to have caused the injury.
