In this Second Appeal filed in the year 1975, learned counsel for the appellant was elevated to the Bench long ago and had retired more than three years ago. Learned counsel for the respondent has also been elevated to the Bench in the year 2001. Notices sent to the parties to engage another counsel have returned back with remarks that the appellant no. 1 had died and respondent no. 1/1 has also died. No one is representing for the parties.

The Second Appeal is dismissed as having abated long ago.
