Issue notice upon respondent no.2 within a week from this date.
Counter affidavit will be by filed by the respondents by 20.3.2006, Rejoinder affidavit, if any, will be filed by 31.3.2006.
The matter will appear on 3.4.2006.
In the meantime, for the purpose of getting age proof, both the girl and the boy, ( Savitri and petitioner No.3 herein) will be produced before the C.J.M concerned along with thier photographs, which will be attested by the subordinate officer of the C.J.M. concerned and then the girl Savitiri and petitioner no.3 will be sent to the Chief Medical Officer concerned along with the attested photographs for their identification and completion of ossification test, report of which will be prodeuced before this Court on the next date of hearing by the learned Government Advocate. If any copy of the same is available with the petitioners, they can also file the same.
Today, petitioner No.3 and the girl Savitri both are present before this Court and they have been identified by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Till the next date of listing, Savitri and all the petitioners will not be arrested in connection with Case Crime No.59 of 2006, under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Kannauj.
If, in the meantime, the charge sheet has been filed and/or cognizance has been taken, the interim order will not apply.
