HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble S.U.Khan J

List revised. No one appears for the petitioner.

This is landlord's writ petition. According to postman's report as reproduced in office report dated 14.2.2006 tenant respondent No. 3 has left the shop in dispute. It appears that in view of the vacation of property in dispute writ petition has become infructuous. However as no one has appeared on behalf of petitioner hence writ petition is dismissed in default.
