If the petitioner has purchased the land of Gata No. 1396, and if the construction of the petitioner is not encroaching upon any public land, no demolition or dispossession of the petitioner will take place unless there is an order of any competent authority or Court to that effect.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
