This is a writ petition for a direction to the respondents to disconnect the electricity connection of the petitioner. According to the petitioner he had given several representations to the respondent no.2 and since no order was passed thereon, he lastly moved another representation on 3.9.2005 before the said respondent. As no order has been passed on his aforesaid representation, he has filed the present writ petition.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel and Sri W.H.Khan for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner's representation dated 3.9.2005 made before respondent no. 2 may be decided by the said respondent by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner will file copy of his representation, necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope along with the certified copy of this order. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
