It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version only one case has been shown in the gang chart against the applicant in which he has been released on bail. The applicant is in jail since 29.09.2005.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sushil Kumar Singh involved in Case Crime No. 472 of 2005, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Bankata, District Deoria be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
