The principal relief claimed in the present petition is to provide medical facilities to the petitioner in accordance with the Government Orders dated 30.11.1977, 03,06.1980 and 09.08.2004.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner after retirement from the post of Chief Pharmacist in District Hospital, Budaun on 31.07.1996, has spent a lot of money on his ill health but the respondents have not reimbursed the said amount.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2. In view of the order that we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to other respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Chief Medical Superintendent, Budaun raising all the grievances sought to be raised in this petition and the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that in the event petitioner files a detailed representation before the Chief Medical Superintendent, Budaun, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing a certified copy of this order before him, after hearing the parties.
