It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that according to prosecution version 3 cases are shown in the gang chart against the each applicants out of which they have been released on bail in three cases. Only in one case they have not been released, but in that case co-accused Roshan has been released on bail by this court. The applicants are in jail since 28.7.2005
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Raju and Devendra involved in Case Crime No. 199 of 2005, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kharkhoda, District Meerut be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
