Today, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 both are present before this Court and they have been identified by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Issue notice upon the respondent no. 3 within a week from this date.
Counter affidavit will be filed by the respondents by 8th March,2006. Rejoinder, if any, will be filed by 24th March,2006. The matter will appear on 29th March,2006.
If certificate in respect of registration of marriage is not there, the petitioners will apply in the meantime and the same will be produced on the next date of listing.
In the meantime, for the purpose of getting proof of age, the boy and girl (petitioner nos.1 & 2) will be produced before the C.J.M. concerned alongwith their photographs, which will be attested by the subordinate officer of the C.J.M. concerned and then the petitioner nos. 1 & 2 will be sent to the Chief Medical Officer concerned alongwith the attested photographs for their identification and completion of ossification test, report of which will be produced before this Court on the next date of hearing by the learned Government Advocate. If any copy of the same is available with the petitioners, they can also file the same.
Till the next date of listing, petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with Case Crime No. 2/2006, under Section 363, 366, 342, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. New Agra, District Agra.
