           Heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The petitioner was suspended vide order dated 11.4.2001. After holding enquiry he was exonerated from the charges vide order dated 17.4.2002 but he was not paid the arrears of salary during the suspension period. The petitioner has made a representation, which has been appended   as Annexure-3 to the writ petition, in which regard to the Executive Engineer, Power Distribution Division, Bulandshahar, respondent no.4 which has remained unactioned till date.

The only prayer of the counsel for the petitioner at this stage is that a direction may be issued to respondent no.4 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, which has been appended as Annexure-3 to the writ petition, within a time bound frame fixed by this Court.

The standing counsel has no objection to this prayer.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.4 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.

The petitioner shall file a certified copy of this order  along with copy of the aforesaid representation before respondent no.4 within 15 days from today.
