Petitioner seeks disposal of his representation which is in respect of traveling allowance and other monetary benefits said to be due to the petitioner.  The representation is pending before respondent no. 2 since 1.12.2005.

Without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
