HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Court No. 40

Hon'ble S.N.Srivastava,J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Affidavit has been filed by Deputy Director of  Consolidation Ghazipur explaining the reasons for non-deciding the restoration application.  He has filed copy of order   dated 6.1.2006 by which the review was decided.  The only prayer made in the writ petition was to issue a mandamus to decide the restoration application pending in the court of Deputy Director of Consolidation within an  specified period.

Since restoration application is dismissed, writ petition has become infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
