Learned counsel for petitioners states that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, petitioners have moved an application for restitution. Orders have been passed on  the aforesaid application.  In view of this fact, writ petition has now become infructuous.

Writ petition is  dismissed as being rendered infructuous.
