Heard Sri P. K. Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the investigation in Case Crime No. 203 of 2005 under Sections 193, 218, 420, 468, 471, 384 and 120-B IPC, P.S. Ashok Vihar, District New Delhi shall go on and the same shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order but the arrest of the petitioner shall not be effected till the submission of the police report, if any, under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C., provided the petitioner cooperates with the investigation.
The writ petition stands disposed accordingly.
