Gurnam Singh v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 959 of 2006 RD-AH 416 (6 January 2006)
Hon. S. K. Singh, J.
Argument is that inspite of the directions of this Court dated 10.6.2005 passed in writ petition no. 45213 of 2005 respondents have not decided the petitioner's representation for re-schedulement and although petitioner has already deposited huge amount by now, respondents are bent upon to recover again huge amount without adjusting the earlier deposit which cannot be said to be justified.
In view of the aforesaid, on deposit of Rs. 15,000/- directly with the respondent bank within a period of two weeks from today, no further recovery will be processed by taking any coercive measures. Sri Tarun Verma, learned Advocate who appears for the respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel who represents respondent no. 1 to 3 may file counter affidavit by the next date.
List this petition in the week commencing 20th February, 2006.
