The petitioner has made an application and a reminder dated 23rd November 2005 to the respondent No. 2. Considering the averments made by the petitioner and the reminder, a copy of which has been enclosed as annexure-5 to this writ petition, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent No. 2 to enquire into the matter and to pass appropriate reasoned orders on the said reminder within two weeks of the date on which certified copy of this order along with a copy of the reminder as well as the full details of the auction are furnished before the District Magistrate by the petitioner.
