1. The licence of the petitioner was suspended on 14.12.2005. A show cause notice was given to the petitioner. Thereafter it has been cancelled on 3.2.2006, hence the present writ petition.
2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. According to the petitioner he submitted his explanation but it was not taken on record. The order also indicates that order has been passed without considering the explanation of the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file a representation before respondent no. 3. In case the representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no.3 by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order; necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with his representation. Respondent no.3 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
