It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 is a Society, which runs educational institution, and the petitioner no.2 is the Manager of the said institution. For the purpose of renewal of the Society, an application with complete documents has been submitted before the respondents. In spite of the repeated requests no order has been passed by the respondent. It has further been submitted that there is no rival claimant for the purpose of renewal of the Society. The application has been annexed by the petitioners for renewal of the Society as Annesxure-8 of the writ petition.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Standing Counsel. Taking into facts and circumstances of the case respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass an appropriate detailed and reasoned order according to law preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
