HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 10759 of 2006

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli J.

Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.C. Pathak for the respondents.

Apparently this is a second round of litigation. The first petition being Writ Petition No. 7351 of 2006 was dismissed. The reasons given in the order of dismissal of that writ petition still hold good. There has been no change in the circumstances except for the vague and bald averment of the petitioner that the petitioner is being threatened to stop his cable network service in the Cantonment area. No order to this effect has been shown. Such vague averments can not sustain this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
