        The petitioner is aggrieved by an order of the Up Ziladhikari Sadar, Mahrajganj dated 6.1.2006 disapproving the resolution of the Gaon Sabha for allotting the fishery pond. Several reasons have been given in the order. Reliance has been placed upon the report of the Tehsildar, Sadar, Mahrajganj that there is no file relating to the resolution dated 24.3.2003 and allotment proceedings of the Land  Management Committee in the office. It has also been found that the due publicity was not given. No rights have been created in favour of the petitioner, as at no stage was the resolution for settling the land in favour of the petitioner approved. No ground for interference has been made out. Dismissed.
