The statutory complaints submitted by the petitioner under Section 26 of the Army Act , 1950 dated 19th July, 2005 have yet not been decided. Hence the present writ petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with request to the Chief of the Army Staff, Army Headquarters, New Delhi (respondent no.1) to consider and decide the statutory complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 19th July, 2005, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the respondent no.1.
