The petitioner claims that certain payment is due to him for certain works performed by him for the respondents, but the payment has not yet been made to him.
In view of the above averments, we direct that if the petitioner makes a detailed representation along with certified copy of this order to the respondent No. 3 giving full particulars of the petitioner's claim i.e., the works done by him and the amount due for each work, item wise, with details and copies of such documents supporting the claim as may be available with the petitioner, the respondent No. 3 will have the averments of the petitioner in the said representation verified and will thereafter pass appropriate reasoned orders or directions as may be called for in the light of the facts found by the said respondent, within two months of the date on which the aforesaid documents are received by the said respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
