           Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The counsel for the petitioners states that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is covered by the controversy involved in writ petition no. 63330 of 2005, Pati Raj and others Vs. U.P. Power Corporation Ltd and others in which this Court vide judgment dated 26.9.2005 had directed for deciding the representation of the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order and in this writ petition a direction may also be issued to decide the representation of the petitioners within a time bound frame fixed by this Court.

The standing counsel has no objection to this prayer.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.2, Secretary, the Electricity Service Commission, U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Lucknow to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 17.9.2005 by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.

The petitioners shall file a certified copy of this order before respondent no.2 within two weeks from today.
