The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 173 of 2005, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station G.R.P., Mathura, District Mathura.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.
The accused-applicant was found in possession of illicit arm alongwith forged licence. The recovery memo is common but police registered two seperate cases, one for recovery of arm and other for possession of forged licence. In the case of recovery of arm, the bail has been granted to the applicant by this Court.
In the circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Ahibaran Singh be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
