Petitioner alleges to have BEEN appointed as Dak Peon. It is alleged that work of Chowkidar (from 5 p.m. to 10 a.m. , 17 hours a day) is being taken from the petitioner. He has also not been paid salary of seven days as mentioned in the writ petition. In that regard petitioner has already made a representation dated 7.2.2006 which has gone unattended.
In the facts and circumstances of the case without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by means of a reasoned speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
