The applicant  is involved in Case Crime No. 226 of 2005, under Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Adampur, District Varanasi.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the prosecution.

The co-accused Movin has been granted bail by this Court. The recovery of Heroin is of same quantity.

In the circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Azeem be released on  bail on his furnishings a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
