The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 156-A of 2005, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506   I.P.C., Police Station  Jamunapar, District Mathura.

Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.

There are cross case and both the parties have sustained injuries.

In the circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant  Bijendra Singh be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
