Hemlata v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 12109 of 2006 RD-AH 4697 (28 February 2006)
Hon'ble Arun Tandon, J.
Petitioner is permitted to implead the selected candidate as respondent during the course of the day.
On behalf of the petitioner it is contended that appointment on the post of Anganbari Karyakarti has been offered to respondent no. 6 in clear violation of the government orders applicable. The petitioner in that regard has already made a representation dated 21.1.2006 which is pending consideration before Chief Development Officer, respondent no. 4. Hence this petition.
Without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon Respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, by means of a reasoned speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
Opportunity of hearing shall also be afforded to respondent no. 6 before passing final orders.
