The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 514 of 2005, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station, Puwayan, District Shajhanapur.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the prosecution.

It has been alleged by the prosecution that 1600 liters Kerosene Oil was recovered from the possession of the applicant for which he had no licence. It is  also alleged by the prosecution that there was no search warrant for the shop of the applicant.

Considering the nature of the case, the applicant is entitled for bail.

Let the applicant Krishna Chandra Bajpai be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
