Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners, who are working as Constables in U.P. Police Subordinate Services, are aggrieved by an order dated 28th December, 2005, where under the petitioners along with similarly situate Police Constables have been asked to discharge their duties as Police Constables in Armed Branch of the U.P. Police.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been working as Police Constables for more than ten years in U.P. Civil Police, and the impugned order of transfer runs contrary to the Regulation-525 of the U.P. Police Regulation. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already worked for certain periods in Armed Branch of the U.P. Police earlier.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be in the interest of justice to grant liberty to the petitioners to make a representation, ventilating all their grievances, before respondent no.3, within a week along with a certified copy of this order. On such a representation being made the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within two weeks from the date the representation is made.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of finally.
