Ram Janam Singh v. C.A.T., Allahabad And Others - WRIT - A No. 12059 of 2006 RD-AH 4761 (28 February 2006)
Hon. Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.
Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.
List revised. None present for the petitioner to press the petition. Sri K.C. Sinha, learned Solicitor General of India and Sri Vijendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appear for the respondents.
This petition has been filed for quashing the charge-sheet as well as the enquiry report. The Central Administrative Tribunal has issued directions to the respondents to conclude the enquiry by passing a final order as some time may be taken for consultation with the Union Public Service Commission. The Union Public Service Commission has not been made a party against whom a direction can be issued to consider the case and give its opinion.
We, therefore, do not find any force in the petition as there is no cogent reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 12.12.2005.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
