Smt. Usha Rani Gupta v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 12022 of 2006 RD-AH 4910 (1 March 2006)
HON. SHISHIR KUMAR, J.
On the basis of advertisement issued by respondent no.4 for appointment of Shiksha Mitra in Primary Vidyalaya, Kaithwalia which is reserved for female candidate the petitioner was eligible and her name was considered and her name found place at serial no.1 of the select list issued by respondent no.1 but up till date no appointment letter has been issued. The petitioner submits that it appears that somebody has made a complaint regarding that the petitioner is not resident of the said village. The petitioner further submits that he has already submitted the voter list and other documents to show that the petitioner is resident of the same village where the petitioner has been selected but the respondent no.2 has not taken any action and in spite of inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the select list, no appoint order has been issued in favour of the petitioner. To this effect the petitioner has already submitted a representation, which has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, as the petitioner has already submitted a representation, respondent no.2 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to pass an appropriate detailed and reasoned order according to law preferably within four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
