The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 857 of 2005, under Sections 419 and 420 I.P.C., Police Station, Purani Basti, District Basti.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.
According to the prosecution case, one Jai Prakash came into contact of complainant-informant and he assured him for giving job in lieu of money. He introduced the complainant-informant to the present accused-applicant. It is alleged that an amount of Rs. 1,30,000/ were paid by the complainant-informant to the accused-applicant in 2002 and in 2003, forged appointment letters were given even then F.I.R was lodged after two years. Thus the complainant-informant was also active party.
In the circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant, Bajrangi Prasad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
