The applicant is involved in Case Crime No.412 of 2005, under Section 326, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Suriyawan, District Sant Ravidass Nagar Bhadohi.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.

According to the F.I.R, the role of exhortation has been assigned to the accused-applicant. The main accused persons who caused injuries by throwing Acid on the victim are Dinesh, Mukesh  and Krishna Kumar.

In the circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant, Hari Ram be released  on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
