The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 954 of 2004, under Sections 420, 34, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sindhavali Aheer, district Baghpat.
Heard Sri M.R. Khan learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mohammad Afzal for the complainant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.
From the F.I.R itself it is evident that the son of complainant-informant has married with daughter of accused-applicant. There appears to be a matrimonial dispute beteween the parties as alleged by the accused.
In such circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Smt. Kamlesh Bhardewaj be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
