The applicant Ganga Ram  is involved in Case Crime No. 209  of 2005, under Sections 373, 342, 328, 506, 366, 376, 323, 392/34 I.P.C., Police Station Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.

The co-accused Deep Singh has been granted bail by this Court. The role of the accused-applicant is similar, therefore, on the ground of parity, the applicant is entitled for bail.

Let the applicant Ganga Ram be released on bail on his furnishing a pesonal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
