In the present writ petition the dispute relates to the penal interest which amount has been mentioned in the notice as Rs.20703/-. The instalment due upto 31.1.2006 has been shown as Rs.84143/- in respect of which there is no dispute. There is no reason to pay the amount of instalment admittedly due upto 31.1.2006. The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to deposit the amount in four easy instalments. The recovery of penal interest of Rs.20703/- mentioned in the notice of demand dated 19.1.2006 shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.21,000/- in cash with the respondent no. 3 within one month from today and shall continue to deposit the remaining amount in three equal instalments thereafter. In the event of default of payment the order shall stand discharged and the authority would be at liberty to recover the entire amount in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
