Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The orders under challenge are that the decree passed by the court for which the execution has been initiated is a decree for recovery of post retirel benefit amount of the respondent.
Learned counsel contends that the decree, in fact, is a decree for mandatory injunction, as was prayed by the respondent plaintiff in her suit and the courts below have wrongly interpreted the said decree to be a decree of recovery of money.
Issue notice to the respondent returnable within six weeks.
Meanwhile, the execution case going on before the court below shall remain stayed.
