Farhat Lai Khan v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 13459 of 2006 RD-AH 5235 (6 March 2006)
HON. ARUN TANDON, J.
Petitioner has admittedly been appointed as Hockey Coach for the training camps to be conducted in the State of U.P. purely on part time basis. By means of the impugned order dated 15.12.2005 a decision has been communicated to remove the petitioner as Coach.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that absolutely no reasons have been assigned for passing such an order. It is further submitted that no opportunity of hearing has been afforded to the petitioner before passing the impugned order.
In the facts and circumstances of the case without entering into the rights of the petitioner to continue as Hockey Coach, it is provided that petitioner may make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 2 within three weeks along with certified copy of this order.
On such a representation being made respondent no. 2 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within six weeks, thereafter.
Writ petition is disposed of.
