The dispute in the present petition appears to be a purely private dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 4 which cannot be agitated by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution.

We, therefore, decline to entertain the petition. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate suit for injunction.
