This application has been moved by an exiting petitioner to implead certain other persons as petitioners while those persons have not filed any application for being impleaded as petitioners. While it may be open to the existing petitioner to seek impleadment of a third party as respondents, but no petitioner can ask third party to be impleaded as petitioners.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
