Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation against the applicant is that a forged sale deed was executed by the applicant and other co-accused persons in the name of first informant. At the place of first informant the Photograph of some other lady was affixed. There is family dispute between the parties. The applicant is in jail since 4.2.2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Pyarey Lal Kashyap involved in Case Crime No. 14 of 2006 , under Sections 420, 467, 468, 387, 471, 506 and 120-B I.P.C. Police Station Nababad , District Jhansi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
