Wajid Ali & Another v. State Of U.P. & Others - CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. 2763 of 2006 RD-AH 5353 (6 March 2006)
Hon'ble Amitava Lala, J.
Hon'ble Shiv Shanker, J.
Upon hearing the parties, we are of the view that in connection with prayer no. 2 of the writ petition nothing can be done by this Court except giving direction for consideration of their representation. Accordingly, we direct the petitioners to make a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur, the respondent no. 2 herein, who will consider the same upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and by passing a reasoned order thereon within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition along with its annexures can also be treated as part and parcel of such representation.
Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
However, no order is passed as to costs.
