This petition is directed against the order suspending the license of the fair price shop of the petitioner.
From the records we find that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner but he has not submitted any reply.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that in the event the petitioner submits a reply to the show-cause notice, inquiry would be held and final order would be passed.
In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition with a direction that in the event the petitioner files a reply to the show-cause notice, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, shall enquire into the matter and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the reply.
