During pendency of appeal, let the appellant Sivil Sarjan be released on bail in S.T. No. 358/93, State Vs. Kamlesh and others on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jaunpur subject to his depositing of Rs.2500/- as fine within a period of one month from today and recovery of remaining amount of fine shall remain stayed till the disposal of appeal.
